What has been your top tip for keeping business going during Covid-19?
Looking after our employees and supporting their needs during this period has been critical for us. Our team are our greatest asset and the success of the business depends on them being able to deliver the innovative scientific processes and technology we need to deliver real value to our clients. We have supported both their wellbeing and personal development through the use of multiple remote methods during the last year to ensure they are continuing to be happy & healthy, whilst feeling inspired and excited to be working as part of the team. This involves regular touch points and check ins, alongside an individualistic approach to ensure the support is tailored to the specific needs of each team member.
Tell us why you are a Chamber member?
We joined the Chamber to be able to network with like minded business people, whilst also being able to take advantage of the excellent support services on offer. The range of events and online material available provide us with excellent opportunities to share knowledge & ideas in addition to being able to learn from the vast experience that exists across the Chamber community.
