This week we caught up with ThinkBiscuit Media to find out how they’re going further as part of the Chamber network.

Where are you based?

Sunderland: North Sands Business Centre

How many people do you employ?

Give us a brief overview of your business

We provide bespoke eLearning services for small, medium, large and global organisations. That means we support businesses to produce end-to-end learning interventions. This can include consultation, scoping, recommendations, production, and delivery; or we can pick up a specific part of the process, which may see us just building the eLearning course itself or creating an animated video.

What has been your top tip for keeping business going during Covid-19?

At ThinkBiscuit we have managed to keep business going by being open to change and innovation. During Covid-19 we were forced to work remotely and adjust to the new normal. We remained resilient as a team by working together, communicating virtually, and delivering work to clients around the globe.

Organisations had to move to digital rather than a classroom training environment, which has impacted our business by creating a greater demand and a sense of urgency for content. In addition, during this busy time, two colleagues were recruited and inducted.

Why are you a Chamber Member?

We decided to join the Chamber in 2019 as we were seeking additional support to further promote our product offerings and reach a wider market. The membership has also given us the opportunity to connect with other businesses across the region and grow our network.
