Helen Stewart, former head of business development for Teesside software firm Calm Digital has been appointed as a new director to help develop new business relationships and support organic growth.
Since joining the Calm Digital team in March 2016, Helen has been focused on providing clients with cutting edge digital solutions for their business.
Armed with 13 years of digital experience, Helen was perfectly suited for the role, having not only experienced the client side of the business, but also previously managing digital teams and client projects alike.
In her new position, Helen will take responsibility for expanding Calm Digital’s reach nationally, internationally and globally. She will ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and are fully satisfied at every stage of the process.
Based in Teesside, Calm Digital has a team of 14 staff who specialise in the design, build, and support of web and software applications. Working with a number of global clients over the past few years, Calm has developed digital solutions for global brands such as The World Health Organization, Commonwealth War Graves Commission, Lindt Chocolate and SES Networks.
With experienced user interface designers and a highly technical development team, Calm are purely focussed on expanding and growing their software positioning, developing complex web platforms and internal software systems.
They have recently welcomed Carl Thom as Business Development Manager from his previous role as business advisor at Northern Skills Group. This marks the start of appointments to this team to support the companies growth strategy.
