Membership

  • New Members - Direct Debit, Cheque, VISA
    Membership Renewal - Direct Debit over 12 monthly payments, Direct Debit – One Payment, Invoice payment in 30 days

International Trade

  • Export Documentation - Payment to be made at the time of issue or on collection of documents
    eCert Documentation - Payment to be made within 3 working days
    Missions - Payment on Booking of non refundable Management Fee
    Services - Payment within 30 days of invoice date

Events

  • Member - Bookings 30 days from invoice
  • Non-Member - Bookings Payment on booking
    Event Booking Cancellations - In writing no later than 5 days before the event
    Event Sponsorship - 30 days from invoice
    Sponsorship Cancellations - To be notified in writing no later than one month prior to the event otherwise no refund or transfer available

Information

  • Member purchases - 30 days from invoice
    Non Member purchases - Payment with order by Cheque/Credit Card

Payment

  • For the above products make cheques payable to North East England Chamber of Commerce, Trade & Industry

Training Services

  • Member Course Bookings - Payment within 30 days from invoice date
    Non-Member Course Bookings - Payment on booking
    Cancellations - In writing at least 14 days prior to the course otherwise no refund or transfer available

Other Products & Services

  • Payment within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise stated

We can offer payment by Credit Card (we do not charge for this method of payment).
